Automotive RADAR Production Test System

YEA Engineering Automotive RADAR Production Test System (YEA-ARPT) allows Automotive Tier 1 suppliers to test the RADARs at the End-of-Line after their production - ensuring quality of each produced unit. YEA-ARPT allows to perform a variety of tests, including signal-level measurements, static and dynamic obstacle simulation as well as RADAR calibration, but at the same time utilizes minimum production-floor footprint due to its vertical design. YEA-ARPT provides the following functionality: RX Antenna Array Calibration TX Signal Effective Isotropic Radiated Power (EIRP) Measurement TX Signal Occupied Bandwidth (OBW) Measurement Static Obstacle Simulation (independently variable Distance, Velocity, RCS, Azimuth Angle and Elevation Angle Scenario Simulation for Functional Test (AEB, ACC, BSD, RCTA, etc.)

YEA Vertical Anechoic Chamber

The YEAE Vertical Anechoic Chamber is intended for mmWave tests and measurements, including but not limited to Automotive RADAR measurements, small-aperture Antenna measurements, OTA tests of 5GNR mmWave transceivers testing and others.

The ECU Test System (ECUTS)

The ECU Test System (ECUTS) is a functional tester for end-of-line (EOL) test of automotive ECUs built on NI’s adaptive, open technology.

ADAS Closed-Loop HIL System

ADAS Closed-Loop HIL System allows Automotive OEM companies and their suppliers to test their ADAS Systems in a controlled in-lab environment, thus minimizing the time and resources spent on real-world drive tests. 

Automotive RADAR Target Simulator

Automotive RADAR Target Simulator is a full-featured test solution for automotive RADARs, that can be used in variety of applications from prototyping and characterization to production test and deployment. Test solution allows to perform functional test of 77GHz automotive RADAR sensors via target simulation capability, as well as characterization of the signal, emitted by the automotive RADAR sensors.

Automotive Radar Signal Analyzer

Automotive Radar Signal Analyzer allows you to analyze the frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) signals generated by different types of radars, particularly by automotive radars with up to 200 MHz of bandwidth. Based on the NI PXIe-5668R Vector Signal Analyzer, Automotive Radar Signal Analyzer performs time and frequency domain measurements on the received RF signal as well as on the demodulated FMCW chirps.

High-power SMU Family VCS

VCS is a series of high-power SMUs designed for sourcing and measuring up to 400A and 1200V. The modular architecture allows connecting more than one SMU to a single control bus and extend the total channels capability.

In-Vehicle Data Logger

The Industrial Data Logger is intended for data acquisition and logging from different types of analog and digital input modules. The Logger is based on Compact RIO chassis and modules by National Instruments Company. The Logger is a multichannel data logging system.

Autonomous Vehicle

Moving from Hardware-in-the Loop (HIL) to Vehicle-in-the Loop (VIL), we have started to implement our algorithms and Sensor Fusion solution on a real vehicle to close the gap between simulated and real-world tests and enables to efficiently and reproducibly test active safety systems within traffic scenarios that are too complex or too dangerous for real driving tests.

Electric Vehicle

This electric vehicle is a light weight class A car, which has been made on the chassis of “Noble” model. It has a 8kw electric motor powered by 5kW/h Li-ion batteries, which allows the car to reach maximum speed of 90km/h and travel as long as 50km. It features regenerative braking, which allows the car to use the electric power in an efficient way.
